Returns & Refunds policy

Due to the personalized nature of the products, we cannot accept returns. We do offer replacements if your item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Orders:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide a photograph of the issue, and upon verification of a printing mistake or shipping damage, we will reprint and ship your item at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
